Support both .xls and .xlsx Excel files.

Added an advanced feature to the JSON slicer to remove a branch from the resulting slice JSON. Purpose is to avoid raw data that doesn’t fit into raw data (max 131,072 characters) or to avoid raw data that leads to excessive heap size in Salesforce when processing. Resulting JSON raw data will show value “REMOVED” from the removed branch instead of the original response.
