Added new formula function NUMBERVALUE(string). Function accepts integer strings and decimal strings with a ‘.’ or ‘,’. So NUMBERVALUE(“6”), NUMBERVALUE(“6.2”) and NUMBERVALUE(“6,2”) are all valid.

Added integer feature parameter “Private AWS Environment”. Default value = -1 with meaning no private AWS Environment.
